Do you gift wrap? Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrap at this time.
How is the sales tax calculated? Los Angeles County residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax. All other California residents will be charged the state sales tax of 8.25%. Sales tax will be assessed according to the SHIPPING address, not the BILLING address. Orders being shipped to a destination outside of California will not be taxed.
Can I pay by personal check? Yes, but you will need to call us at 626-449-4178 to place your order.
How will I know when my order is shipped? You will be notified by a series of emails indicating when your order was received, shipped, backordered, or cancelled, provided that an accurate email address was given.
Where is my order? You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Please review and use the following delivery time frame guidelines below to help determine when your order should arrive.
Standard Ground: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within 3-10 business days.
2nd day: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within 2 business days.
Overnight: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within one business day (overnight), provided you placed your order by 1:00pm PST on a business day.
What if I can’t find a specific item on the website? Give us a call at 626-449-4178 or email us at ghbookst@usc.edu, and a customer service representative will be happy to help you locate that item. Sometimes we have merchandise in the store that we don’t put on the website. This sometimes happens because an artist only made one of an item and we didn’t put it online.
Why do some items say they ship in 3-4 weeks? This usually means that the item is a popular item we are having a hard time keeping in stock. We always like to have this item available, but due to a large number of orders we are waiting for more to arrive before we can ship.
How do I add items to my order? Once your order is placed, you cannot add additional items to your order. A new order would have to be placed with the new items.
Prices and Availability
The Gamble House Bookstore, USC works to ensure the accuracy of the current prices and availability of all online products, however, prices are subject to change. We do not guarantee the accuracy of website prices and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to an order at any time (this may mean correcting an error after you have submitted your initial order).
Monitors and Displays
We have made every effort to display the colors of our online products as accurately as possible. Yet due to individual monitor and display settings, the color of the products may vary depending on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the product colors.
