  • The Western Columbine is a flower whose name means "dove-like." Throughout its history it has been used as a good luck charm, a food source for humming birds, a sweet candy and for medicinal purposes. The artisans at Out of the Woods have found another use for it; as a basket topper! This beautiful flower is elegantly depicted in the hand carved basket lid. The basket itself is black and measures 10.5 inches long, 7.5 inches wide and 5 inches deep.
